Problem
I needed to run self-hosted services without relying on external hosting, while keeping remote access secure and recovery fast.
What I did
Configured Proxmox with LXC containers, Tailscale, Cloudflare Tunnel, ZFS and documented backup/restore runbooks.
Result
Stable self-hosted environment for testing, observing and recovering services in minutes, backed by 25+ operational runbooks.

Problem
Production tracking depended on paper and operational memory, making delays, errors and shift productivity hard to read.
What I did
Mapped the workflow, connected data capture to APIs and dashboards, and turned shop-floor requirements into simple interfaces.
Result
The team can now read structured data and real-time indicators to find bottlenecks with less friction.

Problem
I needed to present technical work and services in a credible, bilingual and performant way without relying on generic templates.
What I did
Built the site with Next.js, i18n, a custom design system, security headers, observability and a quality pipeline.
Result
The website became its own technical case study, with PT/EN routing, Edge Runtime, accessibility and continuous Cloudflare Pages deployment.
